An alumnus of IHM Bangalore, Piyush Dhawan brings over 26 years of distinguished experience in luxury hospitality and hotel operations across India and the Middle East. With a strong foundation in Rooms Division, Revenue Management, and Guest Experience, he has led key pre-openings for iconic properties like Crowne Plaza Okhla (IHG), The Park Hyderabad, and Elite Suites, Bahrain. His career reflects a deep commitment to guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and team leadership, making him a trusted name in the industry. As the visionary behind GoToGo Travel Solutions, Piyush now channels his passion for travel into delivering curated, reliable, and tech-driven transport and hospitality experiences across Delhi/NCR and beyond. A believer in innovation and customer-centricity, he combines his strategic acumen with a love for technology, automobiles, and gaming, driving GoToGo to become a preferred travel partner for corporates, hotels, and discerning travelers.
Meet the Co-Founder – Mrs. Rollie Singh Dhawan
A seasoned hospitality and HR professional, Rollie Singh Dhawan brings nearly 20 years of diverse experience in people solutions, client management, and business development. A graduate of IHM Bangalore and an MBA in Human Resources, she began her career with prestigious hotel chains like Oberoi and Hyatt, where she honed her skills in delivering world-class guest experiences. Rollie later transitioned into Human Resources, building expertise in executive search, talent augmentation, and career counseling across industries — particularly in technology and leadership hiring. Her strength lies in connecting the right people to the right opportunities while fostering strong client relationships. As the Co-founder of GoToGo, Rollie blends her strategic thinking, empathy, and operational acumen to drive customer-centric innovation and excellence across the brand’s hospitality and travel services. A mentor, avid reader, and devoted mother, she brings a thoughtful and people-first approach to everything she does — helping shape GoToGo as a trusted and human-driven corporate travel brand.
